Grape Caulerpa is a fast growing macro algae that does an impressive job of keeping nitrates and phosphates down in an aquarium. They are most commonly placed in refugiums due to their rapid growth rates. At times, grape caulerpa is stated to "grow like weed"
Lighting:
Grape Caulerpa can handle a variety of lighting options.Anywhere from a 12 hour cycle to a 24 hour lighting period will suit this macro algae well. A 6500k kelvin bulb or under is prefered.
