A Summary of Our Guarantee Policy

We pride ourselves in selling a wide variety of quality livestock, with 10 years of experience and 5+ years online. We are inovators of many quality livestock products such as WYSIWYG frags and our own pieces multi-colony cultured corals.

We ship healthy livestock and guarantee that it arrives to you alive and healthy and stays alive at least 48 hours in your system. Live arrival guarantee only on overnight shipments! If you experience a loss from an overnight shipment you must send us a clear digital photo within 48 hours of your receiving your order and save the dead animal for return upon our request. We issue only store credit to be used for a future order. We accurately represent the color of items on our site, but we do not guarantee an exact color match on WYSIWYG items, colors vary for too many reasons in different systems. Most wild collected and ocean maricultured corals naturally change color in captive systems and when stressed due to shipping, expect color shifts as the coral slowly acclimates to your system over a period of several weeks, this is a natural process that occurs with all corals in captive systems. Shipping and box charges are charged on all orders including any replacements, we do not offer free shipping but do offer subsidized low flat rate shipping.

• You are invited to visit our coral farm i, we always have thousands of corals and other livestock available.

• You may order online or call us at 757-204-4832 to place your order or inquire about any item on the site.

• Please call us before ordering if you have any questions regarding our policies.

• In order to be fair to all our customers and offer the lowest prices we must strictly enforce our guarantee policy. We ship only healthy livestock and as a joint effort to be responsible for the health and life of all livestock we partner with our customers to guarantee live healthy arrival.

• Please be advised that by placing an online order you automatically accept our policies.

• We ship only healthy livestock. We do not ship frags from half dead colonies as is common with other online vendors.

• We operate our own coral farm, you are welcome to visit and inspect our facility during our normal business hours 6 days every week.

• We guarantee live healthy arrival of your livestock and we also guarantee that your livestock will remain alive in your system for at least 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with any items you must call us within 48 hours of arrival, 757-204-4832, leave a message if calling after hours. We will gladly replace any items on your next order that are not to your satisfaction if the following criteria are met. It is our goal to work with our customers to guarantee your satisfaction while at the same time offering a reasonable policy to allow us to be fair with everyone and still offer very reasonable pricing. We require a clear digital photo of any items in question sent to us within 48 hours of arrival--email to: atlanticseafarmsyahoo.com, if this is not possible then after speaking with us by phone you must send the item back to us by USmail--wrapped inside a sealed plastic bag covering the item with table salt and mail to:

•  SHIPPING IS CHARGED ON ALL ORDERS INCLUDING ANY REPLACEMENTS.

• If a credit is issued you will be sent a replacement on your next order, no other types of credits or refunds will be issued.

• You will receive an email confirmation that your order is received. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a follow up call from us. WYSIWYG corals are unique one of a kind items sold on a first come first served basis, even though you add the item to your shopping cart and receive an email that your order has been placed the item is not automatically deleted from our site so we follow up with a phone call to finalize all orders.

• If a package is delayed you must accept it for us to credit any loses, failure to accept a package voids our guarantee. Please make arrangements for someone to be present on the day of arrival. Our guarantee is void if your package is not accepted on the first delivery attempt. We will email and call you the day of shipping with the tracking number. As an alternative to missing the first delivery attempt we strongly recommend that you have your package held at the local UPS staffed facility for your pick up. This greatly reduces the stress of shipping for your animals. We will gladly find the closest location and advise you of the address when we contact you with your tracking number.

• If you order online we will call or email you to confirm your order and availability. You will receive an email confirmation when you order online, this simply means we received your order. We will follow up with a phone call or email to confirm availability of all items, our web site is updated manually and sold items are not taken off until orders are confirmed. All WYSIWYG items are available on a first come first served basis. No items are held without full payment and held items must be shipped within 3 days.

• We do not guarantee livestock colors. Photos on our site of WYSIWYG items are taken from above with a digital camera with the white balance set to accurately capture the color as it appears to us. Photos on our site accurately represent the item in our facility, colors will vary for a number of reasons in different systems and we do not guarantee an exact color match in your tank. Corals are kept under 20,000K lamps with actinic supplementation, this is what we have found after years of experience to be the best lighting for corals. Fluorescent coral colors will only show proprerly if you use some actinic lighting.

• Acclimation instructions are included with every order, please follow them carefully for the best health of your animals. It is highly recommended that all animals be quarantined before adding them to your display tank. We treat our systems monthly for red bugs and flatworms, but highly recommend that you still quarantine all items.

• We only ship within the US, sorry we do not ship internationally.
